"Was recommended Trent when we noticed our a/c wasn’t cooling like it should. He came out the same day. Found the refrigerate was low and he recharged it. Then he came again a couple days later to put the dye in that would locate any leaks. A couple days later he returned to check for leaks though he had a feeling it wasn’t leaking. It was fine. His hunch was correct. When we had a repair done by Cape Fear Heating and Air a few months ago they obviously didn’t recharge the system. (Cape Fear had been the original installer and they did twice yearly maintenance but after I called to inform them the tech didn’t perform the maintenance they refused to send another technician unless I paid again. So I knew we’d never use them again) I’m so glad Jones and Son’s was recommended to us because he was punctual, thorough and very affordable! Now we know who to call for the for future maintenance!"
